Getting there

Velana International Airport is the main international airport of the Maldives, with weekly flights from all major cities you are sure to find a flight, either direct trips or by connecting flights via Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, or Colombo with one to three flights each day.

A selection of stays come packaged with flight, transfer to the accommodation. It is advised to book in advance if you're planning your visit during the winter season. For liveaboards the Maldives may be one of the most unique diving experiences for your holiday aboard your yacht or safari, most liveaboards offer a diverse range of water sports, surfing and diving experiences.

What to pack

Bikinis, Swimsuits, Sunscreen and mosquito repellents are advised, most items are readily available in resorts or inhabited islands. Resorts may often demand their guests to cover a bit more during lunch and dinner.
